I wrote one story and I haven't seen it. It took my life and I'm sure others. While I was still in the house fixing it and all that I was in a loan modification with only Washington mutual somehow chase got into it, and long beach mortgage. I had money to move if I knew they would of did this to me. They said because of pictures and my husband going to jail they would help. No sooner before I knew it I was given a three day notice along with someone else's name on it and to come out I find they had the same loan at the recorders office at the same time. I was sole owner. They did this after finding out my husband was in prison. They took almost all I owned broke my furniture and broke in public storage for the rest of my papers. I won't write a long drawn out story as I did before but because of a attorney who kept my case for over a year then wanted out as he knew I found out he never turned in my papers. Now my case is messed up I can't fight for the furniture or things we owned as he times it just right after going to court on public storage. If he didn't want the case he could of let it go the first couple of days. I was in a lot of pain and how do you fight alone not knowing the law. All papers were stolen except a few. Everything he had in paperwork I never heard from him again after he got it. He held my case up just enough time for statures to run out. Now what. Any answers out there I would be happy to know them as this was complete fraud and all got away with it. It was my house. Not theirs. It seemed after the last thing I had gotten they waited until the roof floors and so on were done before doing as they did. In the meantime wells fargo stole around 26,000 and that was how it all started when I tried to fight them as a banked took $1,600.00 And they knew as he said I gave it to him. Come on I just got the account. So you see fraud comes in all sorts of ways. Being threatened by a attorney and twice to bad things happening as I wouldn't let go. I just wanted the judge to see I wasn't lying. I let him go and I'm sure they made a lot of money off of me. To me now I don't care. Name later. What more they all ready tried to kill me, oe lets put it scare me but I could of died and so could of my son once. I'm sick of people getting away with something because I am disabled. If that wasn't the case this would of never happened. Thank-you.
