Our name is Waymon&Audrey Blackmon. We bought this home in Sept. 1999 we had to have a VA app. cost was $450.00. We paid her. I meet Brenda for the first time at the end of our drive. She did not go into the house, I told her I was fine with home, but I had a problem about the land. She said there was no problems with the land, so I said OK and she said that she would set it at $80k I said that would be fine. In Dec 1999 this started to happen pics. I found out later that this water problem was here for the last 100yrs. and the seller had put this house into this situation. The Debra Buton Realty who was the sellers realtor, said that the pond was artision and that there were no water problems that they new of. Well we came home to my home state. I spent the last 35 yrs. in Minn. I told the app. that I wanted to die here and leave this to my kids. They don't want it! help
