Naaptol Complaint

Fraud done by Naaptol online shoping company - Blackberry 8830(WE)

I ordered
blackberry 8830 gsm/Cdma mobile through naaptol on 03rd jan'11 and
payment mode was cod and I received my gadget on 7th jan'11 through
aramex courier and made the full payment while taking delivery. My
orger # was 3155109 and awb# was 6186086771. I got all the gadget in
pack as per their commitment, but I found that my phone is faulty and
not supporting any network vodafone or airtel, and charger is also
defective, cheap and local with blackberry logo. While ordering through
naaptol my friend suggested me not to by product from naaptol byt still
I bought through naaptol, but now I realized that they were true. Now I
want my money back, please suggest what to do now. All the address and
contact that was given me for naaptol all are wrong, even physical
address is also wrong, I didn't find anyone there.
Product Faults are as
under:1. charger was local, cheap and defective(not working)2. I got silver color, but backflip having two different silver color.
3. Mobile is not supporting any service proveder
4. Phone wa used phone, and was
used by a Mumbai's customer, and about 50 contact was already saved in
mobile memory.
5. Other software was downloaded in phone, in a new
blackberry's phone we never have downloaded software.
