New York Daily News Complaint

The daily news advertised during June and July (it was on the front cover of all ther papers- I was told by a friend then later saw the ad when receivng the paper) that if you started and paid for a one year subscription by mid August tht you would receive 4 tickets to a future yankee game. Earlier this week I was informed that NO tickets will be coming, they ran out, too bad, not even an apology, just ran out, no solution. I have gone on NY Yankees website, tickets are available. When I called News again, I was offered a $50.00 Macys card. This is not acceptable to myself and I'm sure thousands of other people who subscribed. Please investigate.
