Fraud and Scams

I got my phone bill and noticed it was higher than normal. I found on the back of last page a charge for $15.25 from ILD teleservices saying I have cosen to contribute this money to charity. I am on the phone now holding to speak to someone. I have a 10 minute wait, imagine that. Alot of people not happy because of this. My family is struggling as it is right now to be giving away money I don't have. Please do somthing about this. There are too many scams going on.
