Can you afford to give money to contract breakers. Here's my story and " I'm sticking to it" They will tell you that they cannot get your car picked up without a deposit...a lie...Many companies will not take a penny until it is loaded and on the road...All Day Auto Transport is one company that YOU BETTER WATCH YOUR MONEY with. It has been nearly a month since they took a deposit promised and now I have to change my internet address and maybe the phone because following my dicussion with one of the owners my email and phone have been swamped with bogus requests for loans and annuities... Beware they don't fight fair. I have a classic car that needed to be picked on time or before a certain date to get it to Barrett Jackson Vegas show to sell and show. I told them I will pay more but need it picked up by Tuesday...absolute and firm...I have kept all my eamils...After cancelling my flight on Wed the phone rings with a company saying they will pick the car up the next Sat...and maybe 5 or 6 days have it in Vegas...Well that could never work...thats 5 days late..oh well just refund my money for not getting the job done..
They said " WE CAN't refund money" I asked Why? well it is non refundable....I say Why? its our policy...I say what you mean is you won't....not can't!!!
They did not come close to the pick up date...wouldn't a normal customer service say no problem...I have the emails and you will notice that I was emailed every day before I gave the deposit....then no contact til..the last possible day of pick.. will be 5 days late. Deal??? No Deal
The customer service is a joke... So my only recourse was to contact the bank get them to help with the refund. This is still in progress. But the real kick in the pants is that I filed a report of length with TransportReviews.com to give others a warning. It was on there for a few weeks.. I called All Day Auto Transport to ask where the refund was...they said I had written a bad report about them...dahhh. I also wrote BBB and filed a case. Of course they are not BBB type
One owner said I would get my money back in 5 to 10 business days. Justin said it would be nice if I would remove the negative remarks. I did not say I would or wouldn't. No refund after two weeks...hence one more call.
Customer service did not refund money and Daniel one of the so called OWNERS... I always Win he says....we got you a truck. NOW you can see 5 days late is of no value when they say WE GOT YOU A TRUCK...
I return to the TRANSPORTREVIEWS.com to find out that they now gave themselves a 5 star review in my wifes name. This is something she would never do.. Hence this is internet fraud and since then my phone is ringing with bogus companies saying I requested loans and annuities, insurance. This is all backed up with paper trails.. that's the story. From here on in I will be contacting Broward County Sheriffs department...Continue to get my reviews posted on any and all sites..
Yes I would take it to the TV stations but I want them to dig a bigger whole so they bury themselves in lies.
Having a massive heart attack last year has added to the already stress $$$ problems in our lives..we are trying to sell everything we own to pay bills. So thats my story and I am sticking to it
