Bank Complaint

I made a personal loan from a bank in 2008,I never received any documents from the bank until 11/09 after calling and writing, someone put a package on my porch in 11/09 with my all my documents from the bank in a package. I open the package and they had changed my loan to a Home Equity Loan, with my husband and my signature on a Deed of Trust and notrized by an employee of the bank. I made a loan and my husband never had any thing to do with the loan and never signed for any thing. This have been what I have been working on for one year, contacting every one I know that deals with banks and have not been able to get any help.
