I am a nurse who devotes my life helping people, understand their pain. I am a first generation of immigrants from Ukraine. Every penny in my account were earned with hard work and honesty.
I signed a contract with Ice Stone Work's owner Uldis on 09/05/2009 to install a granite counter top and back splash in my kitchen. A deposit of $ 2000 was paid at signing. I was told that installation would take place on 09/23/2009.On the promised day nobody showed up. For the next two weeks I was constantly on the phone with owner. He kept on telling me that he is on the way and will be at my place in forty minutes. But he never showed up. In the mean time my family ( I have 2 young children) have no water in the kitchen and no stove to cook, which has been a real strugle for us.
Today I made my call again but instead of the forty minutes story I learned that all the phones are disconnected. Unfortunately for me I searched the internet too late to find out that I am not the first victim whose money were taken, job never done.
Please help me get my money back and prevent any other victims of this fraud in such difficult time of our economy.
We were saving money for this renovation for the last 10 years and it"s very painful and sad when somebody is violating you like this.
