I have been trying to do a home modifacation with Wells Fargo for about 10 months now. I have been getting the run around with them, they tell me to send in all of my financial information, pay stubs, bills, etc, which I have done. It always seems that in the end they turn me down, the latest reason was because I had not sent in all the information, which I had, I had even talked to another person in the modification department to make sure I had all the things they needed, I talked to another person yesterday and was told that my bills were more then what I made every month, 1300 dollars more, when I went over the financial papers again we decovered that they had written it down wrong, I really had 1300 more each month. I am now in foreclosure and they have added 4800 dollars to the tab for me to stop this. This should never have happened.
