My husband & I both lost our jobs, we have drained our savings, we are working with debt managment co. We can not aford our morgage anymore it is a 15 yr loan & payment are 3400.00 mo all we want from Wells Fargo is to take it to a 30 year loan and NO one will help us. We have been trying to get this done now for over 1 year now. Up until 4 months ago my mother who is in her 70's has been helping us pay for the mortgage. But she can't anymore. We went from making 11-12 thousand a month to under 4,000.00 a mo when we lost our GREAT Jobs! we don't want a hand out just hand, to take our current 15 yr. loan to a 30 so it will cut our payments in 1/2. You here all the time the banks & Pres. Oboma have help for everyone NO ONE WILL HELP. We did not want to file bankrupsy so we have been working with debt managment co. and most companys are very understanding and are willing to assist. so we are getting all our bills paid BUT Wells Fargo will not take our loan to a 30 year that is all we have been asking for even if they kept the intrest at the current 6% the 30 years would drop or payments in half. we findly got a laywer to help us but they are now getting the run around from Wells Fargo. Everyone said the only way the banks will work with you is if you stop paying the mortgage we are now 4 months behind because we can not afford to pay the 3400.00 a month If they would just extend the loan to 30 years then we could make the 1500.00 a mo and they would be getting there money and we would be paying for an additional 15 years so they double there money... WE WANT TO KEEP OUR HOME, WE DON'T WANT TO FILE BANKRUPSY.. WE JUST WANT OUR CURRENT 15 YEAR LOAN TO A 30 AND WELLS FARGO WILL NOT HELP. CAN YOU EXPOSE THEM FOR NOT HELPING THE CITISENS WHO ARE TRING SO HARD TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND PAY OUR BILLS.. WITH JUST A 1/4 OF OUR NORMAL INCOME. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HARD WORKERS AND I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE MY HOME. PLEASE HELP US WE DONT WANT A HAND OUT JUST A HAND... THANK YOU CINDY KINCADE
