I was going to be a customer of abm foods, until I sat and read a contract in details! I had a salesman come to my house spent 2 hrs explaining their company/products/and how good their meat was! Their animals are all local and no hormones are injected into these animals. They have the best and nothing but the best! Well before I can get a delivery of food I knew by reading this contract these people were full of it. The sales man had talked about taking a freezer since I dint have a separate freezer and that would be good when I get my delivery of food. So I opted to go with it because he assured that it would be nothing more nothing less my monthly price would stay the same. Sounded great to me, so I signed a contract, gave him a check of $186.13 To get me started for my freezer. Well once the sales man left I sat down and started reading these contracts and realized that if I don't cancel within 3 days I am stuck with a freezer that I was told would only be 100 doll a month for 6 months but was included in my payment and it would be nothing more nothing less, now would be $3774.24!So puzzled I was I called my sales guy the next day (dennis h) to ask about this and dennis tells me don't worry about it your gonna be with us forever and you will be fine. Thats not satisfing to me so I kept on about it, I didn't not want to be stuck with a freezer that I didn't need in the first place and costs $3700. Doll! So dennis tells me I'm not a sales man for appliances but if you want if your not happy with us in 6 mths I will try to help you sell the freezer. Well very discouraged about that answer I decide to cancel this whole thing all together! I want you to know though I canceled within their limit of 3 days and my check that I gave them for $186 doll was cashed the very next day after I gave it to them! I canceled 5/14/11 and today is 6/7/11 and still no refund! I was told by th mgr (which everyone there is one?) I will get my money when I get it! He told me this because I said I wasn't happy with the way things were going with this company and I didn't want him to come over my house and try to convince me again to go with them, at this point I just want my refund! I was given the run around since may 14, and I'm making a special trip to their office!!!!!! Wish me luck! This company is nothing but a scam they promise you the world until they have you and then nobody knows you! Everyone I have spoken to on the phone has done nothing for me but just lie and pass the phone! Please make people aware of this company! Thank you! One more thing I gave them a list of refrences in the beginning and their calling them to tell them that me and my husband are customers and were happy with them, we love it!!! Lies lies and more lies!
