ON FEBRUARY 2010, MY YARD WAS RUINED COMPLAINT..COMMENTS FOR THE COMPLAINTS!!!! THIS CUSTOMER DID NOT CALL US COMPLAINING ABOUT HER PROBLEM UNTIL 5 MONTHS LATER. WE EXPLAINED TO HER THE DAY WE DID HER WORK THAT SHE HAD OTHER PROBLEMS SUCH AS FIELD LINE PROBLEMS. WE DID NOT CRUSH HER FIELD LINES AND WE REPLACED CONCRETE TILES WITH NEW ONES AND REPAIRED HER TIGHT LINE. AT THE BOTTOM OF THE INVOICE IT WAS NOTED ABOUT HER FIELD LINE PROBLEMS THAT SHE ALREADY HAD. SHE WAS ADVISED TO CALL THE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT TO GET A PERMIT SO THAT WE COULD FIX THEM. IF, SHE CHOOSES NOT TO USE OUR COMPANY THAT IS FINE. IT IS TO HER DESCRETION. WE DO TRY AND FIX ANY PROBLEMS THAT WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OR IF THINGS CONTINUE TO OCCUR AFTER WE REPAIRED THEM. WE CAN ONLY DO THIS IF THE CUSTOMER CALLS US BACK WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS OR SO IF THE PROBLEM REOCCURS. NOT 5 MONTHS LATER. ANYTHING COULD HAVE HAPPENED WITHIN THE 5 MONTH PERIOD.
