Compliance Services Complaint

I am a shareholder and Corporate Officer for a corporation in the state of Florida. I recently received this very official looking notice with a Please Reply By date. This notice was requesting personal information of the Corporate officers, the corporate directors and the Shareholders information. It also requested a fee of $125.00 be paid for their service.

This service is for the Annual Minutes Requirements in the state.

I am not exactly sure what service they are really offering, but fortunately I read it all carefully and discovered that it is actually a scam.
