last month I got a flier in the mai from frontier If you bundle your service TV internet telephone with a 2 year contract you get a free 32inch HD TV and a free BLU RAY player with wireless wi fi. we had been having terrible reception with charter and their bill was over 200.00 a month and with frontier it would be 114.00 for two years a no brainer I called and I placed my order for a nightmare straight from hell I spoke to a representative from frontier and told them I received a flier in the mail for the bundl deal free TV and blu ray she took all my info name address etc. , then she asked about TV service that would be direct TV installing a satalite for TV service and she wanted to know what we had for TVs now and what they were I told her we had two TVs now one HD one standard she asked if we wanted a HD receiver for the HD TV I told her yes and that I wanted the other HD receiver to be a DVR, she explaine that there would be a 28.00 deposit on the DVR receiver itold her that was fine and she asked me for my credit card for the deposit, so the order was placed, they came out that Fridayand installed the telephone and the next day for the satalite and internet and thats when my nightmare satrted, the guy asked me where I wanted service I showed him where to install everything and he informed me he only had aan order for basic service no HD or DVR receiversand only one room, I told him that was wrong and called frontier and spoke to someone they said they would take care of it and put me on hold coupl min. she came back on said she took care of the problem, the guy came back in installed everything I asked for and left and in the meantime they did the internet and that was the start of my nightmare Sunday afternoo when my wife was doing her bills she foun charges from direct TV on our card for 138.00 plus the 28.00 charge that we did not authorise them to take I gave my card to frontier not direct TV I have been calling and calling fighting with them and the Friday I get an email from direct TV that they are going to disconnect our servic our bill is 320.00 and we have only had service for three weeks and we have a telephone bill 88.00 and we have a bill for frontier 114.00 and we are responcible for these charges because of the cycle that we were installed we can't start the package deal until we pay direct TV 320.00 and verizon there 88.00 but frontier gracefuly said they would crdit there charges if we pay direct and verizon I am totaly going crazy over this people need to know before they fall prey to this and you can't even opt out they will charge you 1200 for each year for breach of contractPLEASEHELP CONSUMERS SO THEY DONT FALL PREY TO THIS SCAM
