I went in and had an interview with a gentelman we ddiscussed services offered prices and he gave me a tour fo facility when it came time to sighn contract it said 2 year cintract for 20 dollars a month. my main concern was that I did not want to sighn a contract would rather be month to month. the gentelman explained there were no early termination fees that I could cancel at any time. I looked over contract snd did not see ant thing about early termination fees so I sighned up. It was such a good deal I thought that I would tell my sister and her husband about it. They joined as well as time progressed I did not find my self using the facility as much as I thought I would so I called to terminate my service. Ultimate fitness exxplained to me that they did not hold my contract and that I would have to call AAC some collection place. when I called and explained that I wanted to terminate my service they informed me that I could not. there is no early termination. that I would have to call ultimate fitness. they ran me full circle. I told my sister what was going on and she became nervous because she too did not want to bo locked in to a contract. she went down there and threatened them with the better business bureu, and that she would call the news. and they canceled her stuff. I called again with the same threats and was told that they would get back to me in a couple of days. that was a couple of weeks ago, I have since found that being late or not paying is not the answer either because there is a 20 dollar late fee charge.
