A Georgia fence company built a 211' capped fence for me at high cost on March 31, 2008. They were paid in full. I called them back in June and July to fix 5 warping Posts and approximately 60 pickets. After this repair, almost all right sides of caps attached to the posts separated moreso than they were before the repair, and many other posts began to split and crack severely. The repairers told me that they could not do anything because they came to only repair a certain area of the fence.I called the fence company and told them about the problem and they sent men to put in nails to secure the separations. When they completed the work, the separations were and are still there, but now where they placed extra nails the wood is severely cracked all along the rails. The repairers stated they could not do anything else to fix the problem. I called the company four times and left messages with operators and on voicemails, and spoke to the repair supervisor on the phone personally, and asked for an executive of the company to come to my home to evaluate the work and to see what could possibly be done to correct all the defects. I have not heard from them as of this time. I am at my wit's end and see that I need media exposure in order for this problem to be solved.
