Professionalism....Where did it go? - Dell Computers

On November 3, 2005, I purchased a computer from Financing Alternatives, Inc. On February 13, 2006, my order was confirmed with 3 payments having been made. At this time my computer was to ship in 7-10 days. Month after month, I was getting the same story, "They were behind and trying to get caught up. Each time having an extended ship time of 3 months. March 17, 2007, same thing, 3 months. May 2, 2007, I was again told 3 more months. It was now due to a shipping error of theirs (not enough product ordered to fill their orders). Please be patient! 3 more months. When asked to speak to someone other than their order desk. I was told that would not be possible by phone. I must e-mail or fax their credit department.

After doing so, I was still asked to wait 3 months. They have deducted monies from my bank(paying in full for a computer) and I have yet to see one piece of equipment. Now, I can't even reach their order desk by phone. Nor can I get a reply via e-mail or fax. It must be nice to take thousands of dollars from people around the world, sit back and collect interest or play the stocks. And call themselves professionals.

I want these people stopped. Help! All documented attempts to finalize this matter is available upon request.
