My husband and I bought a car through Lobel last year, we provided proof of insurance and made our payments in a timely manner. Just recently they started harassing us regarding insurance on the car. We have had the same insurance for 10 years and have never had a lapse in coverage, which we did tell them several times over the phone and we provided insurance information. This morning I went to the car to go to work and it was gone... all over insurance issues, I am appalled with this company. My husband and I tried to resolve this issue with them, they told us we would have to pay the repo fees even though it was their fault that they can't keep accurate records on their end. I spoke with my insurance company and they have record of sending the policies to Lobel. My insurance agent is astonished and I'm sure if she was contacted she would be more than happy to let you know how she was treated. She was so kind as to call them and try to help resolve this issue. I don't know how we will be able to get this car back with my husband being laid-off and three kids to care for, we weren't even more than 30 days late on our loan and they took our car!!!!!! We did put 5 thousand down on this car and I'm sure they want that down payment.... PLEASE HELP, THESE GUYS REALLY ARE CROOKS, I HAVE HEARD OF MANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM NOW AND IT NEEDS TO BE KNOWN THAT THESE GUYS ARE HEARTLESS, PLEASE
