Fifth And Third Bank Complaint

In 2005 on september i went to my bank fifth and third bank in three rivers,mich and told them i wanted to close my account and i drawed out my money so now they tell me my account is over drawn and i owe them 400.00 Thats why i closed my account in august of 2005 they took my whole social security check for an over drawn check for 30.00 They fine you 60.00 And then charge you six dollars aday.Now they aint taking me to court i offered to pay 100.00 Per month for 4 months but they want all their money
