I start by saying that I have a felony that goes back to October 19th of 1992, I graduated on November 4th and got my CDL Class A. This is when my nightmares began, I started filling out a bunch of applications to start my trucking career going Long Haul and every single company has rejected my application and will not tell me why. Well one company was honest and told me that I put down on the application that I have only one felony but 3 other felonies are popping up under my name and social. I quickly went to the HPD and asked for my criminal background check documents and nothing showed up. I went online and asked for my DAC reports and sure enough I have felonies on my file that I did not commit. I ran back to the HPD and they assured me that I did commit them but will not provide me with the finger prints or Mog shot from the day of the convictions. Now I'm sitting at home with out my career and a 6 thousand dollar bill I can't pay. Its been nothing but stress for me and my family and I still can't figure out how dumb the HPD can be to make such mistake like that. But then they drive around town pretending to be law smart lol .. I am currently talking to a lawyer and working on case for a law suit against the HPD
