Fees by Banks - Credit card

- San Jose CA 95120
I used my Chase card in Europe and I was charged additional fees for using the card abroad. The fee charges added up to $157.00 Icalled the bank and asked if they would not mind waiving the charges and they refused.

Can you help me with this problem please
