I have gotten your response and the beginning of my letter is not there this is the whole story .

ill try two some it up as easy as I can, a Co. named US Builders which I am in the process of buying a 25x30 foot arched top steel building. after talking with one of the sales people I decided to purchase this building he stated to me that they had a large amount of steel on the way and some company that had just went under and has left them with a lot of extra buildings so the price of this particular building was $22, 000 and that he would give it to me for $6500 with free delivery from Florida, blueprints with engineers stamp, and concrete drawings, I was excited, so we had a deal I put $1625.00 down on a visa credit card to hold this deal, I was financing on the remainder $4800.00 @ $100.00 a month for 48 months and the interest rate was between 2 @ 10%. was ok with this when the first contract came the invoice said no walls (end walls). so I immediately called was told that they don't come with end walls I said : that you call it a building and it does come with walls asked him if he would buy a car without wheels tyring to make me buy the end wall for $1600 each then cutting the price to $650 I told him to just cancel the order and credit back to my visa, he stated to me we already have your deposit that is non refundable, go read the contract again and laughed at me, I stated that he would be hearing from my attorney, about a hr later the same guy calls back pretending to be this other guys boss he apologized about the misunderstanding under the circumstances he was going to give me the end walls even though they are the most expensive part of the building. like it was a favor, the deal is still on he stated that my building would be complete with everything except for the actual garage door itself
he sent a new contract not understanding the way it was written I called he went over the contract with me over the phone according to the way it was explained the building was complete so everything was good again Then I get a phone call from john in Florida the load builder they are getting my building on the truck and wanted to go over my order. kool no problem right wrong was told that the building doesn't come with the beam package nor the door trims, finishing touches but he could sell me one at cost for approx $1600 I am now very angry cancel the order credit my card we are done, my financing paperwork arrived with our names spelled incorrectly so I called the lady from the financing dept. susan really nice lady said she would get me some new paperwork asked her about the interest rate was 20% she said that those boys no its 20 % its always been 20% has never changed my new paperwork is not here yet. I got a certified letter so I went down to the post office and pick up a letter stating my engineered set of prints would be here in a week and attached was copy of so called prints which I can't pull a permit do to the fact there is not a engineers stamp affixed also in order to finance I have to put up my house

so how do I get my money back, I do not want to do business with

My husband and I were interested in a small 18' x 28' metal building so I went to this site where I filled in all our requirements and my contact info was forwarded to U.S. Buildings. I had given my work number because that's where I would be all day. An employee named "Mike" called several times during that day when I was not available until I finally called him back at about 3:30pm. He began in this chummy way that was so overly friendly I immediately grew suspicious. Then he launched into his sales pitch about how they had buildings that were very close to my requirements that were being sold for a close out price. I asked him what the dimensions were and could he email me a basic sketch or photo of the types building like what color, how many openings. He was so vague and he told me I needed to place a deposit of 25% by the close of the day because at 5 am the building would be sent to a Farmers Auction. I told him that wasn't happening because my bank was already closed for the day. He told me he just needed my cc# to lock in the pricing and they could process the the next day. I made up an excuse that I needed to confirm with my husband and I would call him back. I hurriedly googled the business and found this post as well as several others. I forwarded links to him and explained I wouldn't be buying anything and he could send his metal building to the infamous "Farmers Auction". Here is his response:
Ok, sorry you feel that way these are clearance buildings, we are offering a clearance. I never asked you to place a deposit in the nest few minutes, I told you I would work with and give time to handle what you had to handle. We are a a reputable company and have been in business for 40 years. I was offering you a good deal on a building and we have several building in you area already. I'm sorry you feel this way. If you would like you can also contact tropical as we ship buildings with them all the time. I was just trying to help you out. If you still would like help the offer I was going to help you out with was 5, 990 delivered to your port. You have my info if I can help I would love to

I guess he realized he pushed a little to much for my money right away. Thank you guys so much for saving me a bunch of headache. When my husband and I contacted a legitimate business we found that the cost of a building containing all the needed materials would cost at least double this price he gave me so I'm sure all the add-ons were coming after the initial deposit
