I have a Fedders (Maytag) Air Conditioner that is not working, it is still under the five year warranty. I have emailed maytag six times and called them by phone numerous times the past two months, I have kept dates, times and whom I have talk to. They keep telling me that they are trying to find someone to repair it and waiting for an email from the regional manager. To allow an unathorised repairman to service my air conditioner. Two of my emails states they will contact me - nothing yet. They have contacted me today 08/07/06. The representive that called was so confused as to who was doing what that she finaly said she would have to call back. When I call they promise to call me back, but they have only called once. I bought this product and a no good warranty. Any suggestions??? I will never, never, in my life buy a Maytag or a Fedders product. This is so unbelievable poor service, really NO service!!!!!
