My mother is 86yrs old. Progress Energy cut her light off in the month of March with the whether still get cold in NC. I called them to ask if I couldn't set up payment arrangement. they said because she have a repro account still open of 58 cent. They couldn't set up an account. This repro account should of been close 3month ago they told myself I'm her daughter and social service her repro account is close. Spend hour talking to several people at progress energy to get her light turn on without 1,713 dollar this is in a two month time and she paid on this account also. I called and ask they to come and check her wire line because something is wrong I also told them another company was working on the wire and they still didn't come. We do need help can you.
