A valuable computer was shipped for business purposes from California to Texas. It had important software and files. The computer was insured through Fed Ex for a value of $3000.00. Fed Ex packaged the computer themselves and had it shipped to me. When it arrived, the computer casing had a large dent and did not work properly. When we filed a claim, we were denied and told no physical damage was done. We were not even reimbursed our insurance money. I have found numerous complaints against Fed Ex for the same reason on the internet. I wish I had known this before we purchased insurance. This would be a good piece to air before the holiday shipping season starts. I would hate for someone else to lose something valuable to them due to Fed Ex's lack of consumer service and reliability.
