My best friend bought a 1997 Ford Taurus station wagon from Wheel Deal, located at 720 Columbia Turnpike East Greenbush New York 12061 about 3 and a half months ago. About 2-3 weeks ago she backed over a man whole cover that was sticking up out of the ground about a foot and broke her brake line. Her cousin is a certified mechanic and was going to fix her brake lines for her. He got under the car and the entire undercarriage is rotted and rusted out. No one can rot and rust the bottom of a car in 3 months of owning it, especially when there isn't salt on roads. This car should not have been passed by New York State Inspection, and I believe he knows people to give him inspection stickers so he can sell these faulty cars. Rodney which is the guy she's been giving her payments to refused to give her, her money back, until he talked to her cousin about the car. He agreed to give her $1,800.00 that she had paid him to date, back for the car. She brought him the car, he lied to her when he said he was going to give her the check and handed her a repossession piece of paper and refused to give her, her money back. I think you guys should let people know about this man so he can't do this to other people. He's done it to many, many people before my friend. His car dealership is “buy here pay here”, no credit check needed and low payments. Obviously people who go to him aren’t wealthy and need a car fast with low payments and it’s not fair that someone who’s already poor get treated like this. He has had 60 complaints to East Greenbush Police just in this last month alone. He has been shut down many, many times but always re-opens in another name. This is unfair to people to be screwed over by him, over and over again. If you look it up on google you will find articles upon articles of people who have complained, taken him to court, called the better business burrow on him and many other things. This man needs to be STOPPED and I think you can help me do this.
