In April 2010 I purchased an air machine from this company. I paiD $1500.00 for it on sale and it has been nothing but aggravation. I have called about the machine not working properly and have had it sent back to the home office for repair. They kept it 1 month to replace the relay switch so it would cycle on and off. They came out several times to repair the machine since that time. In April 2011 I was reminded that I needed to replace the filter and deodorizer or the machine would not maintain its warranty. They advised it would cost $250.00 but I could have another home party and get it free. I had already burned out my friends with this so finally Noel Douglas said he would let me buy it at his cost $119 + tax. They never said how much the filter was if I didn't give a party but had no idea it would be $250 per year.
In June2011 it quit deodorizing and I called Noel Douglas and he wouldn't return my call so I emailed the Juan Montesino at the home office (email add on website). I have tried to call Noel and emailed Juan several times but to no avail. Juan said not to contact the office in LC but he would work with Noel to get it fixed, however I have since found out the Noel had to get a real job working for Oak Ridge Schools doing janitoral. Todate I have not heard from anyone and have made numerous phone calls and sent several emails. Of course there is so much more to the story but I have given you the basics. What a rip off of hard earned money. They shouldn't be allowed to continue to service people in this manner.
