I am a single Dad of an Air Force Officer here in Az.
Recently my son in law who is also a n Officer, my daughters husband Jeff was called to Afganastan to defend us (Mar. 11).
I sought work here in Az. to be here for my daughter ,
who is stationed here at Luke Air Force Base.
As you would agree leaving a job in Ca. and finding one here in Az. in amazing. I found work here because of thirty years of accident free driving in the hazmat field. Three million miles!!! On Oct. 16, I was pulled over for an "inspection" , under the guise of being a "nice guy"the officer gave me a warning for following to close. NO TICKET WAS ISSUED. But in stead he wrote the warning on the "inspection" sheet and sent me on my way. The warning was vague and could be read as, unsafe lane change, following to close, speeding and wreckless driving all of these! 3 days later,
because of the companies insurers are made aware of this, I was told that in order to protect the companies insurance policy I had to leave! Although no ticket(s) were issued I was found guilty and sent home with no work! Now the Dad that came to help is of little help thanks in no small part to the D. P.S.'s deceptive policies of roadside inspections where by your companies insurers are to be the judge and jury although no ticket was issued and now I must find a company big enough to carry there own bond, because NOW all the insurers will see this non ticketed infraction for which I have been found guilty of with no ticket, no jury, no voice!!
