Fantastic Furniture not so Fantastic - Twin Bed

I wanted to purchase a twin bed for my Daughter that just turned 4 years old and had out grown her toddler bed. I went to fantastic furniture in Madera Ca. Blanca helped me pick out a bed from a catalog because they didn't really have any to choose from in the store. I picked one out and paid for it. 4 days later she called and said they couldn't get the one I wanted. I went in and picked another one and paid more money. I was told I could pick it up in a week. Well 11 days later they called and said it was there. I went with my excited little girl to get her big girl bed. Once I got it home and opened the headboard it was damaged. It is cracked, paint missing, very flimsy. I called them right away and told Blanca all that was wrong with it. I told her I would like a refund so that I could go buy a different bed for my daughter. I was then told that they don't do refunds. Although on the receipt I was given it said "refunds with store receipt only"... Which I had. I asked for the Owners number which she wouldn't give to me. So I called the Fresno store and asked an associtate for the Owners number. I explained what happened and why I needed it. The employee told me she could only give the owner my information. I waited 24 hours and never received a call. I called back to the Madera store and spoke with Blanca. She was very angry because the emplyoee from the Fresno store had told her I called to talk to the owner. I told her I wanted to know their return policy and she wouldn't help so I called to talk to her boss. She told me that "he" (the owner) didn't care about me. That I was nothing to him and I was unimportant. Then hung up on me. I proceeded to contact the better buisness breau and the Department of consumer affairs. These people are rude. I just want my money so I can get my 4 year old daughter a bed and she won't have to sleep on the floor. Please help me.
