Direct TV Complaint

We purchased Direct TV service Nov. '09. The ad said one could get local channels. Wrong! We get NBC, PBS, Fox, we can't get CBS or ABC. Numerous calls to their custmer service dept & also a lengthy call to our local TV station still leave us with no CBS or ABC. Every level blames each other. Perhaps their ad should have an asterick that then said all local channels only in certain areas. Can't understand why a local TV station can hold up our service for CBS & ABC simply because they and Dirct TV can't reach an agreement. We're caught in the middle, very frustrating!
