I purchased a refridgerator in July 2010 and turned in all the forms. Months later I never received my $200 rebate so I decided to look up my name on the website. I found they state they sent me a postcard which I never received. I contacted them by phone & was told my purchase was made prior to April 2010 - wrong, my receipt & tag do not match & my model doesn't qualify - wrong. I was told to request by email a scan of the documents they received so I could turn around & mail it back to them again. Why do I need to do this if they have the forms? I did as I was told by the customer service representative on 11/16/10. I have never received a response to my email so I followed up with another email on 11/29/10. I have yet to receive any response from Cash for Appliances & I have tried calling several times a day every day since 11/29/10. Everytime you call the phone # listed on the website 888-390-4034 you may or may not get through to the automated system. Once you press 0 to speak to a customer service representative, the phone goes to a busy signal & cuts off. There is obviously something wrong with the phone system & I have also sent an email from a separate email address telling them they have a phone problem. I do not know what else I am supposed to do or who I can contact to get my money. I have received my rebate from Edison back in September but now its December & I am getting nowhere with Cash for Appliances. If anyone knows where I can go to get help, please let me know. I appreciate the help
