Some Guy Posing As Missionary Complaint

There is a guy on Craigs list posing as a missionary in Africa and getting 1000's of dollars by asking people for money in exchange for keys to nice homes in our areas. I have emails and there has been other postings since the first ad I saw over a month ago. They are reeling people in by giving them the whole God story and how they are wanting someone to rent their home while they are missionaries, etc. etc. etc.
Please help me stop this nut before he steals money from anyone else. We are all victims...and this needs to be on the news!
