i purchased a laptop computer from best buy in September of 2010,with a 2 year extended warranty. since then I have had a lot of problems with the computer. the idiot that set the computer up had no idea what he was doing. must of had a lousy ding dong school education!the computer is slow and sluggish also the keys on the key board click! it has become"JAP CRAP" every time I have called them about this computer, its either the runaround with lots of lame excuses or its the no "COMPRENDE'routine. this company deserves be run out of state for the way they treat their customers. I have no vehicle to get around in, a cab is exspensive and I am on fixed income. I cannot afford 150.00 per hour in home service that best buy charges. its a ripoff.
