On September 21st,2007 my Daughter ,and her friend were suppose to celebrate their 18th, and 16th birthdays,on the
Glow bus,which takes 20 children around town,on a disco
style blacklite bus for their celebration. I,the mom,had the bus booked and reserved for Friday night,booked well a month in advance.
However, on that night Fadd's called and said their bus
was broke down on the side of interstate,one hour before
they were suppose to arrive.
11 kids and 5 adults were already present.Everyone was
devastated,money had already been spent for them to go
on the bus after they ate. The company offered no
remedy,said all the limos were booked,also. ,My friend spoke with them very sternly,and got them to agree to a free party
in the future,with return of all deposits.The rest of the night was a disaster after a big disappointment.
The next week ,I called wondering where my deposit was.The boss would put it in.
The next week I called and tried to re-book the free date.
At first they gave me a date,and called back later in the day to cancel it.
The next week where's my deposit. Boss out of town.
Finally spoke with boss the next week,his response was
"How dare you call over here asking about your deposit."
Then he went back on what he had originally promised. "I
don't think I'll give you any free party." Stranded Again.
