Called ezrentlist and was told that if I pay a fee of 60.00 I would not have to pay a another credit check cause the 60.00 Fee would cover all credit applicants on apartment rentals I choose. When I paid the fee of 60.00, The called the property on the ezrentlist some never heard of the company, and some said that ezrentlist contacted them just to see if they can just use there property as advertisement all. And that I would still have to pay for a credit check. Now that I called the company to get my money back, the person carl no longer works there.
Timmothy that answered the phone says that we have to speak with a refund manager but won't be in until monday, which at that time he hung the phone up. By that time they would have been moved out.
