Biotab Complaint

I ordered extenze thru TV add, supposed to be free. Gave them my bankcard # to pay for shipping. They in turn sent me a weeks sample. They also charged my account for a months supply after I said I only wanted the samples charge. I called the # to cancel, and they said they could not credit my account until they received their product back. I received the months supply 2 days after my sample arrived, I sent it back the same day. It has been 10 days and still no refund.
