Online furnitre SCAMS - furniture

I placed an order in July with this company online. After 3 months, I received my furniture damaged in October. Of course I sent it back, with the promise of a replacement.

After a month of "it's on the way" I asked for a refund at the end of November. Another month has passed and I have finally decided to get my credit card company involved, and look into legal action, espescially after reading similar stories to mine & all the names this company operates under:

Everyday Furnishings or "Furniture Brands Group" or FBG Stores, & the stores listed under this umbrella,are located at the same address of 545 8th Ave, NY.

I am interested in finding out how to file a class action lawsuit against them, or at the very least, get my money back!

I sure wish I had read all of this before I invested $900 on curio cabinets that will never come. If anyone does hire an attorney and files a class action suit, please count me in.

We have been trying to return a bed that was delivered damagaed for 5 months. Each time on the phone they swear credit is pending and the delivery service will be straight out to pick it up. NEVER BY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I too have been scammed for $1075 ordered in October received part of order in December and never received the rest. Supposed to get credited or furniture. Have not gotten either from Al or Suzie. Big Scam

I had the unfortunate lapse of better judgement and ordered from this same company...out a grand. Anyway, Suzie Walker and Al Carter are true gems! Look me up any of you willing to start a class action law suit.

Same story for me with oneclickfurniture.com, Out 1469.00 by Al and good ole Suzie. I also am interested in going in on a class action suit.

I also was scammed, found out Mar. 31, 5 months later. Never got my merchandise or a refund, I am out 1469.00. Suzie and Al are crooks. I have written and emailed every agency that I think can help me and everyone else. I even emailed 7 on your side and Dateline. I went to my local Police Dept and filed a report. Waiting on my CC co. to make a decision as to whether or not I get a refund from them. If not I can file a complaint. I jus tfound out their IP address goes back to Guitar City in the Middle East. I don't know if the USA can do anything about them or their websites, but I will continue to fight for my credit and fight to get them off the internet.
