Everyday Furnishings.Com Complaint

I'Ve Been Scammed By Everydayfurnishings.Com - Curio Cabinet

- Rockville, MD
Okay, I'm so distraught right now. And after reading everyone's comments on this company, I know I will never see my furniture. It was charged to a credit card right away that part was done very quickly!!! I been trying to get a refund, they keep telling me the truck can't leave the parking lot until it is filled, what a crock of ----!
I would like to file a class action against this company, they are rude and they will not refund or give me any information about my furniture, except it's sitting in a parking lot and waiting for the truck to fill, since April?
As a single mother who watches every penny and works full time, this was purchased with money I got back from a tax return. I can't believe that I was scammed and will never see my money or curio cabinet!!!!!!

Please do not order from this company, you will never get your furniture or money back!!!!!

Please, new people. don't make a same mistake I did. Check everybody first with the BBB before you order furniture.
New websites used by Everyday Furnishings AKA Furniture Brands Groups, AKA many other names are:

ShopSmartFurniture.com

and

eFurnituredeals.com

Be aware and prevent scams.

I got my money refunded on my Capital One Visa after forwarding them the e-mails from Suzie Walker. I never did get a response from Everydayfurnishings.com. What a scam! Thankfully, I reported this fraud to my Visa in time to get a credit.

This happened to me as well. After I cancelled my order, they told me I had to file an inquiry with my credit card company. When I called the credit card company, they told me the inquiry did not have to be filed and that the furniture store could credit my account the same way they had charged the account. I immediately called "Shop Smart Furniture." After playing thier little phone games, I sent them an email demanding my refund. I told them if I didn't get the credit on my account within 24 hours, I would be taking legal action. Further, I told them I was on to thier little scheme and that I knew they never had any intention of delivering any furniture. My account was credited within the 24 hours. If you want your money back in a timely manner, I suggest threatening them with legal action. This obviously scared them.
