employees are allowed 1 free meal every shift, or is it free. Eye witness the chef allowed his cooks to to make sauce with moldy gravy and serve this to there guests. his excuse was that he didn't have anymore to make b/c he was behind that day on his prep work and that mold cooks off you heat it up. I have bin in this business for over 10 years and I have never heard of something like that. he also does not use tasteing spoons to try his product he uses his fingers instead, and lacks to wash his hands, ever. The people diserve to know what they are being served. Being lazy should not excuse him of peoples health. when I told him that I knew of this problem he said that he always does it like this, no one will know the difference. And that he knows how to hide it from the health department. Speaking of the Health Department I have worked for him for 7 monthes now and I have yet to see anyone from the Health Department come in and inspect. So whos fault is it really. You tell me. I quite my job b/c of this and he have the nerve to tell me that I don't work hard enough anyways.
