On May 05, 2010 I noticed a charge to my checking account $87.47. When I looked into the charges, I discovered that it was for the everbrite product that I had ordered on April 26, 2010. However, the product I received was actually someone else's returned Dazzeling White product with the person's note attached to it to please refund there money. Confused as I was I assumed the product was just delievred to the wrong address so I had it at work and was going to ship back to sender until I noticed on May 05, 2010 that my account had been charged $87.47 from everbrite; so I called them explained my story and they are giving me the run around and after shipping the product back certified mail they are telling me I have to wait 10-15 days for a credit MINUS a 45% restocking fee. THIS IS INSANE! I did not know that it was the everbrite product nor that I had 10 days from the date of order to cancel the subscription; which I would have done because I was under the impression it was a FREE trail. Also, when I received the product there was no invoice or any type of paperwork in the envelope with the product.
