I recently had 255.57 stolen out of my account by TXU Energy. I had no outstanding balance or balance of any kind. I never authorized this transaction. I have tried numerous times to get my money back just to get the run around and for them to tell me they have done all they can. I have attempted to talk to higher management, they were suppose to call me within 48 hours..that was a week ago. They did send me a letter and say that they fixed everything, and that the resolution was consistent with my request, and that someone did try to contact me, well I am still missing the money and have to received any call from TXU. My big problem is that I am overdrafted on my bank account because of this fradulent charge, and I don't know what to do, or how I am going to pay other people. Today I called them with this problem and they said there computers are down and they cannot help me, but I could call back this evening and wait on hold again for 30 minutes for a supervisor. I need justice for the big businesses trying to take advantage of the working class family, just trying to make ends meet.
