Endless Colors, Inc Aka/Refills4all Complaint

I ordered a ink refill kit which came with NO instructions. However a note said "Instructions Available Online". I went on line and the page is under construction. But if you click the link provided you can get the instructions. HAHA.

A toll free phone and a toll phone number are provided. I called both and got no where. When trying to leave a message the connection was lost.

I want this company's name put on the "DO NOT BUY FROM" list.
