Pizza Hut Complaint

My Store manager has been stealing time from us, having us work off the clock, and very abusive verbally. This has been going on for a year and a half. No one would speak due to scared of losing ones job. I stepped up, tired of the abuse. Went through the proper channels had her terminated. Now they will not compensate us of what we lost. Don't know what to do at this point. Help me please.
