On July 13 2010 Myself and Wife took Delta flight 94 from JFK to Barcelona Spain, this flight left around 6.30 pm and return back at jfk aroun9.30 pm unfurtanely this fligt had a emergency in the air and had to return to JFK, during this emergency my wife and many other passenger were very scared, the pilot were dumping fuel for about one hour and half and made numerous announcement stating why he is doing this .(he mention it is not normal for a plane to return this quickly back to the airpor after take off and he must do this for our saftey.)before we landed he said that we will see the fire trucks, ambulances and the police dept but we should not panic since this is just a preacuation. He also said we will land in a special area so we will be away from all other aircraft, this plane landed saftely, but my wife were very frighten by this. The airline cancel her ticket and issuse a full refund to the curise line. She went to the doctor on the 15 of July here doctor were not available until that date. She were treated for PTSD and were told not to flight for at least a month she were given sleeping pills to help her sleep. I did have travel insurance but the insurance company are refusing to pay on this claim .they are saying this is not a covered reason. I tried reaching out to the cruise line but is still waiting a respond and as of time of writing I am still awaiting my refund from the air line TICKETS which were given back to the criuse line. along with all the other shore excurisions . I am hoping you will will be kind enought to help me recover my already paid expenses or at least get me a credit for a future cruise on this cruise line. thanks sincerly Saheid Shafee
