Electic company ripoff - 4501 E. Hwy 199 #92

I paid my bill every month via Bill-pay at the bank because I have been very sick this year and wanted to make sure they were paid. The bank sent Stream Energy a check for $225.00 more than what was due and that being $229.19. Well the energy company had the first check in hand but did not check and they sent out the line provider to turn off my electric meter. Just so happened the owner of the park saw them and contacted me and I was home at the time. The man told me the only way he could turn it back on was I had to pay the $229.19 again right then. I had to have electicity so I paid it with the person at Stream Energy all the time telling them the bank had already paid them and it was taken out of my account, but that did not matter to Stream they had no record of it and they wanted their money NOW. I am a senior citizen and will be 70 years old in January. I live on a limited income and every penny is accounted for, so when they took that extra money out it put me in overdraft. ($38.00) for each return check. I immediately went to the bank and tried to get the first check stopped. No can do and the bank said it was my fault because I authorized both payments. Well yes but not in the manner it happened. So then I contacted Stream Energy and they said there was nothing they could do but return the $229.19 and they did after about a week. In the mean time all the other scheduled checks to go out on auto draft etc. hit the bank and were returned at $38.00 each. At one time I was over $600.00 overdrawn and getting letters from the bank demanding I make a deposit. I ask them where did they think I was going to get that money as they knew I only had two deposits each month. On the first of the month my deceased husband's retirement check of $321.00 came in and of course the bank took all of that to cover those charges. In the mean time I get another cut off notice from Stream Energy of $191.00 due to cut off in five days. A supervisor said he could extend it to five more days and I asked him if I still had no money what good was that going to do and they had created this mess in the first place. All I ask Stream Energy to do was pay all the overdraft fees they caused and I would be OK but NO was their answer. I am diabetic on four shots of insuilin a day and memory pills because of losing my memory. I have no money for medicine, groceries or fuel to go to the doctors office. So I ask them what was I going to do? A friend suggested I contact you and maybe you can help me get this mess straight. I hope so this had turned into a living nightmare. I am thanking you in advance for any help you can get for me.
