My friend who is beyond senior, in good faith ordered and paid for a heat surge fire place and has had no response from the company she ordered it from. She is incapaciated from a foot operation and cannot help herself. She needs the heat to suppliment her existing heat capacity on her furnace. She has called customer servive and has been put on hold for 50 minutes. WHAT A HORRIBLE THING to go thru when you trust someonr to supply a product that they advertise to be there and you believe it and depend on it.
