eBay.com Complaint

I bought a purse on eBay, a collectible purse made of Lucite from the 60's for over a month have been trying to get money back, eBay is an auction site, they tell me they are like classifieds. I had over 150.00 stolen and they will not help I have been given the run around. Please call me as after days of typing I can harly move my arms. I have ebayers from all over USA telling me same thing , eBay needs to be sued! Help all of us victims of eBay scams.
