Eastern outdoors metal building scam - metal buildings

I gave Eastern outdoors a deposit for a metal building that I was told would take 2 to 3 weeks. It never came. They will not return calls, and if you go to their business and just sit in the office for a while you will see why. They have a ton of people mad at them. they are good at taking your money but not at delivering the product.. I finally had to take them to Court, I won, and He still has not given me my money back.
Tomorrow I go to the Sherrif to get them to try and collect it. This has been a nightmare. But there are reputable businesses out the, I found one, and they did just what the said, now if Arron Black will just do the right thing and give me my money back this will finally be over.

Aaron Black is scam-er ,ripoff man,con artist, People will never get their money back . His brother Jesse Alan Black Has charges on 10/19/11 to answer to At Randolf CO Court House . Felon Charges and probation charge . Looks like some people might get there day in court against this convicted Felon. Yes he has a record for stealing people monies. look for your self @ NCDOC do a offender search and you will see for your self. Eastern Outdoors is changing their name to 5star buildings . Or That the name of the check they wrote my company to cover a check wrote on a closed account . And yes the 5 star check bounced off the desk . 1600.00 is a felon charge too . What a couple losers Aaron

Evidently Jesse has managed to get his brother Aaron in a lot of TROUBLE! This is not Jesse's first rodeo but this time he has used his brother--Aaron as his pawn. Jesse is a con artist, rip off man that takes your money and lies all he can. Aaron knew Jesse's game--did you ever wonder why the business is in Aaron's name with Jesse as his salesman. The reason they can not get the buildings put up is that they have spent the customers money and have not paid their suppliers. CORRECTION--they did pay their suppliers--it was just with bad checks. Now they have opened up another business using the name FIVE STAR BUILDINGS! BEWARE--FIVE STAR BUILDINGS is just a different name with the same thieves. What I do not understand is that "Peddler Post" and "Steals and Deals" are aware of the problem but continue to let them advertise and defraud customers? Do they hold some accountability and responsibility for continuing to enable a known con man to steal people's monies? Jesse Allen Black is on probation for taking customers money and not building their buildings. Wonder where his probation officer is to oversee that this does not occur again--but it already has happened again and is continuing to happen everyday. In Eastern Outdoors advertisement it says "A name you know you can trust"--WHAT A JOKE!!!

I am almost sure that jesse is NOT goimg to court for THIS ,now ,our deal .I think the apperance is for other carges since this here recent stuff is still ongoing .

I Just got thes letter from the BBB

Mr.B, the NC Attorney General is investigating Eastern Outdoors and has asked us to have all complaints sent to their attention. To help them if would be best to fill out their complaint form that is attached or by going online at www.ncdoj.gov. Thanks and sorry we could not be of more assistance.
