May 2011, I took my 2006 nissan murano in to get serviced. after two weeks dealing with them, I finally get my veh back, only to notice that my daughter's DVD player that was on the back of the seats was missing. one of their employees in the service department took their sweet time to take in nice and smooth. Here is the current headache from Planet Nissan, the service advisor who took my car in said "yes I remember those, meaning the two screens on the back of my seats". Then I got passed on to the service dept. manager and said they need to investigate, I asked what is there to investigate when their service advisor already admitted that when my car came in to get service my daughter's DVD player was in there and when they returned the car it wasn't there anymore. a week later still no update from them and I call the service manager Frank and he said it was appproved from the main office will be sending me a check and never heard from him again. Here I am 2 weeks later I'm still calling Frank and never, not 1 time has he called back. Owner of this company is John Staluppi, Jr. he owns five dealerships throughout Las Vegas, also owns a yacht company. I tried calling Sam Amer who is the general manager for Planet Nissan but the security desk doesn't want anybody talking to him if it is a complaint. All I want is for my daughter's DVD player, the DVD that was in it which was Tangled, and a headseat which PLANET NISSAN STOLED FROM ME. PLANET NISSAN HAS NOTHING BUT BUNCH OF RUTHLESS THIEVES WORKING THERE. GIVE MY THINGS BACK YOU THIEVES.
