I purchased a Halo Vacuum from Target.com on March 31, 2010 and about October or so the vacuum no longer picked up as it did when I first got it. I phoned Oreck because I thought they were the makers of this product. I found out later that the manufacturer of the one I purchased was "Halo". I looked them up on the web because I didn't receive any warranty info with the packaging when I received the vacuum. To no avail I didn't find any direct contact info. I phoned Target.com back to see if they had any additional info and that was also fruitless. I phoned Target back to ask if the manufacturer is not contactable what will Target do to rectify the situation? I was told it was past the time frame that they would do anything about it. I said that info was unacceptable how do I reach te corp offices. I went online and found some info. I began to email them back and forth and was never given contact info to speak with someone directly. To date I am still without a vacuum and frustrated because I the consumer am left without relief of usable information.
